Crazy Climber #1 Posted October 4, 2009 Hello everyone! My gameroom is around 90% finished, all I need to do is finish up the booth seating area. Some highlights would be a dedicated Centipede machine, an uncommon Frankenstein (with Robert DeNiro) pinball machine, a Kareoke system built in to the wall and a very cool refridgerator that an auto shop painted to give it a unique look. Let me know what you guys think and of course any ideas or suggestions. Don't give me to much crap for having a disco ball Some shots of the main area Here is "THE FRIDGE" Kareoke and stereo in the wall w/Disco ball effect! This is the unfinished booth area, I'll get to it one of these days but it is usable now If any of you MN guys want to set up a meet one of these days just let me know

Zoyx #5 Posted October 4, 2009 WOW! I'm a Minnesota dude... we'll have to get something together for sure! Mocking of the disco ball will not be allowed. Are you going to be at the retro party on the 10th? That would be a good time to organize something.
Crazy Climber #6 Posted October 4, 2009 Your gameroom is turning out fantastic. But where's the BEAM????? The Beam is there, you just have to look for it I was told by the seller that this little hidden bookcase liqour cabinet was from the prohibition days but I have no way to proove that. For there mere $20 asking price it seemed like a deal to me, legit or not
jferio #7 Posted October 4, 2009 Looks like a cozy backroom in a dive bar that's actually more of a neighborhood hangout than it looks from the front room. I actually kinda like it.
Cebus Capucinis #8 Posted October 4, 2009 (edited) Whoa...whoever you bought those books from, you got ripped off, man! How can you read a liquor bottle (aside from the label)? Edited October 4, 2009 by CebusCapucinis

VectorGamer #21 Posted November 3, 2009 Best... game room... EVER. It's really nice but not the best. Lunacity Arcade is the best. Check it out for yourself if you're not familiar with it.
Saldo #22 Posted November 9, 2009 Peter's LunaCity is a fantastic arcade that shows what money can buy, heck the building alone was probably 100K or more. Then there are the games....boy does he have some great games and memorabilia! Climber's game room shows what an average Joe can do. They both make me jeolous! I'd love to visit them both!!! Atari Smeghead #23 Posted February 7, 2010 That's a sweet game room, CC! Very nice! I wish I had the room, and the games... Though I have to tell ya something... I was really expecting a Crazy Climber arcade game in there! What's up with that? Great job! Cheers, Smeg
Crazy Climber #24 Posted February 7, 2010 That's a sweet game room, CC! Very nice! I wish I had the room, and the games... Though I have to tell ya something... I was really expecting a Crazy Climber arcade game in there! What's up with that? Great job! Cheers, Smeg Thanks! I actually experienced some major water damage (broken pipe) so my basement has had an "extreme makeover" and looks nothing like the pics anymore It is coming along though and should be completed again by the summer. I will post some pics when it is presentable again, it's passable now but not pic worthy As for a Crazy Climber machine....it was really my Holy Grail for years, just could not find one...then a nice dedicated one popped up in my area, when I was laid off! I actually saw a Cocktail arcade CC on Craigslist just a few weeks ago but the seller never contacted me and the ad is gone now so someone beat me to it. The price was right too, $300 IIRC
primeform #25 Posted February 25, 2010 ding ding ding i think we have a winner! Is the last pic the "smoke room"?
