Who was Analog's "Sally Forth?"

While looking up an article in my Analog's, I kept running across the columns on FORTH by "Sally Forth." Always wondered who that was -- I guessed it was really written by Joel Gluck (sp?) who IIRC wrote some FORTH things published by APX and Analog (Bounce?). Anyone actually know who it was?

I certainly remember the Sally Forth comic strip. Maybe the author adopted the name as a fan of the comic strip?
