520 ST to CBM 520 for video?

No, seriously, I got a 520ST a while ago, but it doesn't have a modulator and I don't have a monitor, so it's just sitting, very sad.. :-(

 

I recently got an Amiga 500, and tiring of monochrome, just snagged a Commodore 520 RGB to composite/RF adapter.

(There are hacks to enable s-video I will probably do in the future... It was cheap and so am I.)

 

So, I was wondering, how easy/impossible might it be to make a cable/adapter that goes from the ST 13-pin (and 12V from somewhere if I remember correctly) to the CBM 520?

 

Is it pretty much just wiring in the R-G-B and video syncs and adding 12v or would it be much more involved (levels need amplification or ??)?

(Yes, I'm aware I won't get hires and can probably get/make a cable for a VGA monitor for that.)

Also, I haven't looked too hard, but are the 13pin dins totally impossible to source?
