The first one is BS. Magazines back then really didn't have the highest editorial standards and it was much easier to get away with nonsense like that. You'll notice that in the rest of the stuff on that page, it's all just regurgitation of Coleco promo stuff done in a modified editorial voice. Luckily, in the US, we had Electronic Games, which was a quality publication.

 

The second one is just an image from Coleco's own materials. There are several games that had artistic mockups done for them, but no actual programming work done. Back in the day, I LOVED looking at these mockups, but sadly, most of the time, if a game was actually released after the promotional mockup, it didn't look the same.
