4jays question

Recommended Posts

I tried emailing 4jays a couple times about some items but I haven't gotten a reply. I got the address right. Are they still in business? I see the website is still up.

Yes, they're still in business. Just talked to them the other day. It sometimes takes a few days for them to reply. Seems to be the norm with some of the older dealers these days.

Ok thanks. I'll wait patiently then :D

Did you end up getting ahold of them?

I'm thinking of sending a 5200 controller in for a rebuild job.

Yes I did. Got an email after a couple more days and ordered some coco carts. They came packaged very professionally and very quickly.

After I finally got tired of throwing money away on ColecoVision consoles on eBay and Amazon, I bought one from the 4jays website. No more CV's with graphical glitches, and I paid the same as did for the ones that had those "issues!" ^_^

This one seemed to have its own issues, with a jittery picture, but after I took it with me to work one night, the problem disappeared on its own. I figured UPS must have knocked something loose, that got knocked back into place again in my backpack. ^_~

Hi Jboy, yes they are. I've found patience can be a virtue with them. It may take a couple of days or more to get an email reply.

I have had very good experiences with them as well. :)

I bought both an Atari 7800 and 2600, a bunch of 2600 and Odyssey 2 carts, and some controllers over the past 6 years. The service was excellent. Once upon a time you could call them and talk on the phone, and that was even better. But I think they are too busy to do phone service now. Nowadays, you need to email them. But still, they are very reliable and they have a great selection.
