Will this TV be able to play game consoles that use RCA cables?

I see no RF input.

If it has no tuner, it is not a television, it is a monitor.

Is it possible to play game systems on this TV that use RCA cables?

Maybe...

CV, Intellivision, Atari 2600/5200/7800 - NO. Those RCA cables are carrying RF signals.

The item in the auction isn't a TV, but rather a monitor. TVs have tuners, this one doesn't that I can see. There's no RF input.

The only way you can play older game systems on it would be to modify them to have composite or s-video outputs.

Nothing older than the NES, and not the RF-only top-loader NES.

You could put an old junk VCR in between as a tuner. Yes, they are big. But anything smaller is hard to find.

You could also get older systems specifically modified for composite or better video output.

This reference to (apparently) the same model says there is an NTSC tuner and shows an RF F-Type input, though it's not at all visible except for the one closeup picture. So, unless there are submodels that exclude the tuner, and barring inaccuracies in the data I link to, it looks like it would accept the RF signal.
