I was at at a restaraunt, and I played my first arcade game. EVER. I pumped like 30 quarters into that thing, so if I ever want to see a quarter for more than 30 seconds again, I need an emulator. Can anyone point me to a good MAME emulator that can play [cough]ms. pac-man, juno first, frogger, donkey kong. [/cough]

Plain MAMEUI(or is it called MAME32) will do that? The plainest of the plain MAME will support it.

 

Just get the ROMs(ie games) off of bittorrent or Soulseek.

Are you referring to game roms? I'm not too clear on this site's stance on passing out links to leachable sites (the ones that haven't already been taken down), but ones that use download-confirmation for each individual title are easy to find...just search Google for "pacman.zip" for multiple sites that offer this method.

 

If you are after many more roms than your post suggests, file-sharing or newsgroup posts would be your best bet. An even better method would be to contact somebody from here and have them send you a complete set on CD/DVD.

Download MAMEUI and get the ROMs from romhustler.net or romnation.net...no need to mess with torrents
