Been 4 years I guess since my last dealing with him, but had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back recently. Didn't send some games I had bought when he said he would and zero communication since. When there was a problem (package was apparently lost in transit), he took care of it immediately and without hesitation. The AV cables look terrific and have brought new life to my Jag.
