Gabriel #1 Posted November 9, 2009 I'm looking for some outside opinion on the following DS games. Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ = looks like an interesting little shooter. It's only $15, so how bad could it be? Sadly, that's what I thought about Nanostray and ended up disappointed. Tokyo Beat Down = The guy on Classic Game Room HD has some similar tastes to me, so when he says "this is a masterpiece" it shines out pretty brightly from his standard optimism. On the flipside, his review seems to be the only one that said much of anything positive about this game. I'm wondering if I should chalk up the low professional reviews to the standard hatred of anything fun, or give them some credence. Battles of Giants: Dragons = I saw this in a store today and it immediately caught my eye because of the non-standard box. Online searches have turned up very little about the game. It seems to be a RPG/monster training sort of thing. The main draw for me is that it's about Dragons. So, how kiddie is it? Why the special larger box? Warriorisabouttodie #2 Posted November 9, 2009 (edited) Zombie BBQ is okay, nothing special. It's repetive Tokyo Beat down, is a mediocre beat em up. is it 15 dollars too? I wouldn't spend much more than that for it. Neither game is going to blow you away and there are tons of games better, that said both games are alright and won't completely disappoint you either.
