SoulBlazer
Greg, I briefly mention you in my submission- listen closely! I heard, and I forgive you. As I mentioned in my own podcast several times, I don't even have a physical SNES anymore. I play totally via emulation for 99 percent of things. Although I do use a real SNES controller via the USB adapter. And Shinto -- my SNES worked for 10 years with it's yellow and cracking plastic just fine, thank you very much! It's not HIS fault they used bad plastic.
Inky
As someone who never owned a Jaguar, I too loved the first ep. Nice job, Shinto!

S1500
Minnesota got a name drop for Atari computer camps in ANTIC. Fairbault to be exact. I remember my mom balking at the price for "compu camp" so it was a no go for me.

S1500
There's another podcast called "Classic Text Adventures", with episodes released, but can't find a URL(I asked the host). Heard about it on Flack's podcast. Could only find a Facebook page.
S1500
That and/or the Amiga CD32, which has at least 150 titles (with new ones being ported from the Amiga to the CD32 on a regular basis). And speaking of Flack, this is the 3000th reply to this thread. Happy 3000.

I'm very interested in that podcast as well (I've contemplated doing a similar one for over a year). All I see is little videos on the facebook page. I'm very interested in that podcast as well (I've contemplated doing a similar one for over a year). All I see is little videos on the facebook page. I made a wall post on the Facebook page(as you saw). That's as far as I can get, since private messages would go into the "other" folder. Facebook's decision to 2-tier messages was monumentally stupid.

Flack
There's another podcast called "Classic Text Adventures", with episodes released, but can't find a URL(I asked the host). Heard about it on Flack's podcast. Could only find a Facebook page. There's a URL now: http://www.buzzsprout.com/47785 Dave (DBT) asked me to mention his Facebook page on YDKF. He is an interesting fellow who occasionally mentions that he's been referred to as the "Ed Wood of Text Adventures." He cranks them out at an amazing pace. The other day he said he was going to start a text adventure podcast and the next time I checked the page he had posted three episodes. A couple of years ago Dave started the "Awesome Text Adventure Gaming Podcast" and did 11 episodes. You can find those episodes here: https://archive.org/details/atagp That show morphed into "The D and R Show" which wasn't game related and I didn't really care for. No offense to D or R, just wasn't my cup of tea. I'm hoping the new show becomes a bit more organized and takes off. The text adventure community has a lot of rich history that I would love to see archived in a great podcast.

SoulBlazer
So Alessandro and I were talking and we'd like to see if we can do a SNES Draft episode in a month or two -- same format as drafts have worked on other podcasts. We'd like to get at least two people to join us to make this happen. If interested please let me know here (via a reply or a PM), send a e-mail to thesnespodcast@yahoo.com or contact me on Facebook. RJ
On the off-chance that anyone listens or is considering subbing... Seems Arcade Outsiders is on pseudo-hiatus due to a related transition to a new online network. Main host John Jacobson also co-hosts the higher-rated Video Game Outsiders podcast (modern console gaming) which apparently is the one all the hubbub's about. The latest ArcOuts ep. addresses the change but it's hard to decipher what really will happen. At one point they had up to 6 people on & talking (from John's VGO co-host to guests to their former network boss)- coupled with the usual heavy "R"-rated language/content & John's guitar, it was hard to keep listening. They started almost 80 eps. ago as a weekly podcast but releases have been spotty the past couple months.

RJ
I tellsya, if Shinto maintains his current production quality on his Jaguar GBG podcast, he'll need to clear some space on his desk for a POTY award in a few months.
