the.golden.ax #21 Posted May 27, 2010 Pretty sure that you can't re-use or resell those because they have only one install/register with steam. it's possible it wasn't used buy the seller but unlikely as I found out trying to sell Half Life Christmas 2006. I got burned back in the day on a City of Heroes at a yard sale i bought for me, at $10 around the time when it came out.
