My SNES went out on me, Masschamber cut me an excellent deal on an ugly-but-working unit to board swap into my pretty casing. SNES arrives- and won't work. Masschamber did some troubleshooting with me, and we figured out it had taken damage during shipping, enough so to put cracks into the casing that weren't there before. Even before setting up the case with USPS insurance, he offered me the choice of a half-value refund (with the rest after USPS paid out) or full value store credit. That's a heck of a thing to offer before you know if you'll be able to re-coup that money! PAX was happening around then, so I opted to just let it float until USPS approved the insurance claim. I recieved a prompt, full value refund at that time. He kept in touch the whole way so I always knew where things stood.
