Faltering video with my 4 switch woody...

I was going thru my Arari 2600's to see how well they all still work (I have 4, a light sixer, a 4 switch woody, the 4 switch darth vader 2600 and a 2600 jr.) All went well with the 2600's until I ot to my 4 switch woody. It would operate fine for a few minutes then the picture would start to snow and distort until it got completely "snowy". Fiddling around with the channel settings and a few other things didn't help. After playing with the systam for about an hour or so, and after a complete game of Decathalon where it didn't happen at all, I noticed that it would take longer and longer for the problem to arise. I then discovered that if you jiggled the on/off switch slightly when the picture would start distorting it would stop, temporarily. Is this something that I could eliminate by playing this particular 2600 more frequently (I hadn't used this 2600 in about 7 or 8 years) or is this a sign that my 4 switch woody is going to bite the dust soon?
