Pokemon Mini Development informations & emulator?

i just bought today for 20 euro pokemon mini console... tried to search the net regarding dev informations & emulators... really no information?

 

do you have something for me?

 

anything needed

 

- specs, cpu, assemler, emulator...

 

it has IrDA so maybe bootable without module?

 

the display is great and the cpu seems to be fast...

 

any help appreciated

They're interesting little things, but a bit too expensive for what they are.
