WTB Working but poor cosmetic condition circle button Saturn

I need a Saturn that is the second design, the circle shaped button design. I'd prefer if the controller was nice, but the system just needs to be working. Other than the buttons the case will not be used. It's becoming apart of my "Sega Rally" Celia project. Cords would be nice, preferably the AV cords not RF for the video ones. That would make my life much easier for hook up.

 

I'd ask guys like Golden Axe who came to me previously about Saturn systems, but I don't want to ruin a beautiful system. Hence why I didn't want to use his or, for that matter, any of the ones I own
