Need help removing sticker

Hi, I recently purchased a Super Breakout Marquee as a gift for my father seeing how it's his favorite game of all time. When I bought it, the description said that the protective sticker was still on it, however this sticker isn't coming off easily.

I've been trying WD-40 and Adhesive remover but the main problem is the paper doesn't come off easily and I'm afraid I'll scratch the thing up if I use a razor. Anyone have any tips on this?

I would say use hot soapy water on it, that usually works.  Then maybe use a soft toothbrush (to avoid scratching) to lightly rub back and forth on it.

Maybe try a heat gun or a hair dryer. Wave it over slowly for a while then try taking it off.
