+HammR25 #1 Posted November 30, 2009 All I can say about this game is WOW! It's an indie game that's better than most XBLA games. It's well worth the $5 I spent on it. It's a claymation shooter that's very well thought out and plays well even after the initial coolness factor of the claymation wears off.

Video #3 Posted December 7, 2009 Cool looking game. If I got it I'd get the hard copy for PSP instead of the XBLA one.
FastRobPlus #4 Posted December 7, 2009 It is really good. I asked why no XBLA port and the developer told me it was written in Blitzbasic (which has no Xbox compiler) It is awesome on smartphones. I use it with an HTC Fuze and a bluetooth collapsable gamepad and (sometimes) the Fuze's TV Out mode - instant portable miniature game console.
cimerians #5 Posted December 7, 2009 I've had this game on the PSP for a long time. Thumbs up on this one.
+HammR25 #6 Posted December 9, 2009 Yeah I looked around after I posted this. Looks like it started as a PC game.
cimerians #7 Posted December 9, 2009 Yeah I looked around after I posted this. Looks like it started as a PC game. I just played the demo of the XBLA version and its pretty much the same as the PSP version although I had an easier time on the XBLA version. The music is not as good though. It just seems different. I'll have to fire up my PSP copy and compare the two a little more closely cause I really liked the music track on the PSP. Its nice having a hardcopy of the game (PSP) but its also nice to play it on a TV (XBLA).
Gabriel #8 Posted December 9, 2009 I tried the demo. The claymation visuals were well done and definitely something different. But after the play-doh's novelty wore off, there wasn't enough substance to convince me to pay for the game.

The game as a shump isn't anything better than what could be had on the NES. -Lee

I bought the PC version when it came out a long while back. The music was AWESOME! It was remix versions of the famous C64 tunes The Trap and Comic Bakery. They music is awesome! The best ever in a game. And, at the risk of sounding repetitive, it was awesome! That said, I was initially very disappointed at the Windows Mobile version of the game. It played the same (and very well too!) but it had different music. The more I listened, the more I recognized that the music was quite good. It just wasn’t The Trap or Comic Bakery. By the way, if anyone does not know about www.remix64.com, you ought to!

FastRobPlus #12 Posted December 10, 2009 (edited) Okay just downloaded it. This is the version with the great music! The first song is the upbeat Comic Bakery by Martin Galway. It's a cheesy sounding song that is a really great fit for shooters. You can see Press Play on Tape do a a boy-band spoof of it here: If I'm right, the next song is Ben Daglish's Trap, which is perhaps one of the best chiptunes ever released with any home computer demo. So the PSP and the XBLA versions both have the same music? Have not heard the PSP version. I didn't know it existed (or the Xbox version) till this thread started. I think I paid $20 for the original when it came out, $14 for the Smartphone version, $35 for a Bluetooth gamepad to play with the Smartphone version, and now %5 for the Xbox version. This game is slowly costing me more than a full commercial title!
