Atari VCS - CX2600A Promotional Console

Ok so, I'm new here... hello. I have a few questions about these atari's. I have recently purchased an atari in box, well 2 for that matter. I was going to sell the 2nd as it's box is not in as good condition. I was asked if it was made in Sunnyvale, California. This peaked my interest and lead me here.

 

I collect games/systems mainly nes and rares. Ok here is the deal. My good condition box has made in Sunnyvale, California on the box. Box, cardboard insert, and atari itself and all have same serial number sticker on it 81811781, however this is the confusing part, sticker on backside of system was made in taiwan, and it is orange writing.

 

Next I have same exact box made in Sunnyvale, California on the box, howver sticker on back of system says made in Sunnyvale, California serial number 690614 and system has yellow writing. I can't find anywhere on that box where it says. "Not for Resale, For promotional Purposes Only" stamped on the underside.

Here is a pic of sticker on bottom. Does anyone think this is anything special. I really don't think it is after research. As it does not say not for resale anywhere. Anyone have a value for this? I was offered a red ds for it and think it's probably a good deal.

At the moment it probably is worth about twice as much as a regular Atari 2600, but if you can get Howard Stern to talk about it, than you'll be rolling in the money!
