Hope this is the right place for this comment. Just saw this new thread and hope this is the intended use for it.

 

One thing I've thought for quite some time is this:

 

When looking at any of the master lists/categories of threads, there are several columns:

Topic, Forum, Started By, etc.

 

I think it would be great if the "Started By" showed the date the thread was started in addition the username. I like the date being included for most recent post, but the date of thread origin would be great. That way when I'm randomly skimming "new content," for instance, I know if the thread is new or if it's just a new post on an existing thread. Maybe even addition of "date of last previous post" would be cool--then I'd know if someone had resurrected something ancient and whatnot.

 

Just my two cents. Albert probably already thought of this, and I'm guessing it's not included for some specific reason. If so, please enlighten me. Dang, now I'm curious!
