Okie Dokie scrolls

Has anyone else had problems with the homebrew Okie Dokie?

 

I have come across two of them now and each scrolls my TV screen as if they were PAL format. I've tried different systems and TVs with the same result on every combination.

One of the difficulty switches selects between NTSC and PAL television modes.

Whew, thanks! That fixed it. It is the left difficulty switch (B=PAL, A=NTSC). I normally leave my system set to B.

 

Also, I looked through the manual and couldn't find where this is explained.

You're right, I just looked through the manual and then searched for "NTSC" and "PAL" and there is no mention of this. Odd.
