Hi, I just got a set of NES games where all but one have no screws in them. I got them for free though, anyway I just wanted to know if there are any places that sell extra NES game screws or whats the screw size if I just have to go to a hardware store and get them. All of them are official games.

As far as I know there are two "types" of NES Cartridges, and only one of them has screws, while the other one closes another way... But you are sure yours all are supposed to have screws, i.e. there are empty screwholes?

As per Wikipedia, the 5 screw carts have 2 longer screws and 3 shorter ones, while the 3 screw carts have only the 3 shorter once... so the short screws should be the same on both, but the 2 longer ones from the 5-screw-version are different.

Both the 3-screw and 5-screw NES carts use the same sized screws. There were never any "longer" or "shorter" ones. You might have a problem finding something similar at the local hardware, as they are minutely small. Probably better to go to an electronics part store or Radio Shack.
