tz101 #1 Posted December 20, 2009 Anyone know how this might be done? I have priced the jag component cables on Ebay and don't particularly care for the high prices plus exorbitant shipping costs. A donor RCA cable would work for one end, but I would need the correct plug to connect to the console. Also, pinouts from the AV out port on the Jag would probably be a necessity. Any ideas? Not too hard of an endeavour, here are the correct pin outs for the Jaguar: http://pinouts.ru/Video/AtariJaguarAV_pinout.shtml As for as the Video Edge Connection port, the modern replacement for the connection has a DigiKey p/n of S3304-ND and can still be orderd from the following link: http://www.digikey.com/scripts/dksearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=S3304-ND The other option, which I think is easier to do is to open up the Jaguar, solder the actual pins, run the wires to the back of the case, drill the case and place a/v connectors to your line, then you wont have to ever worry about loosing your a/v cable. With the way my brain works, it's easier for me to do this than make cable. I've never been good at that, really. Too many bad experiences with cheap crimpers . Paolo #3 Posted December 20, 2009 Also, if you look around the forum, you'll find that some of us already did it by ourselves, and explained a few things.

Would anyone have pics of their actual solder job, as far as where on the main board to connect my wires to the RCA output jacks?
