There was this game that was either on Atari 2600 or NES. It had a strange name. The character I'm thinking had a bow and the forest was 3D (like a old FPS) you had to kill giant spiders and I seem to remember something about a cave...

hmm let me look at some gameplay videos of that..tbh it looks similar from the screenshot but I only owned the 2600 and NES back in the mid 80's.

 

edit- definitely not this game (but damn that music kicks ass!)
