Galahad and the Holy Grail?

So is this game beatable without using unintended effects and cheats?  Could a player play it as intended and win it?  It doesn't sound like it to me.

Have written to Douglas Crockford about my solution and he admitted, this is the final solution. You have to go through one time in the light and the 2nd term during night. Here you have to recall all(!) rooms from your mind, because you can't see very much. Hard is the wererabbit and the dragon. Your are dead in seconds. To come back to that point, you have to play again 20 min. to learn lessons for some seconds.

So, during a long winter with a lot of snow, iPhone in flight mode and the kids offline, it is possible. It is hard, but possible.

Just start, the force is with you, always.

With the antic version, is possible to get the grail back to the start without using the holy hand grenade to blow up a room ?

Yikes, after reading that description on how to win, I don't think I'll be beating it any time soon. I would love to watch a longplay of someone beating the game, well I guess you wouldn't see much in the night parts, heheh.

Yes it is! Do not use the grenade at any time. The room is not accessible anymore!

 

Solution with map:

First turn at daylight. 2nd turn at night! You must know all(!) rooms blind! After the 2nd turn, you are back at start, see picture. This will go on and on without end, because a knight is immortal.

I played it a few years ago and won.  I don't remember the details, but I did have to look up spoilers on one or two points.  I don't remember which version worked.

 

I had a copy back in the day, and was never able to figure it out.  I suspected my copy was corrupted.

ah thanks completed it without using the holy hand grenade  I had missed the teleport at the top of the arrow room left of the pacman room

11 years ago... afaik: if you enter a new room at night (2nd turn) it is shortly flashed, but you should know from memory....

Same mission as in daylight, same enemys. Hardest: rabbit & dragon. First contact: mainly you live just a few seconds...
