An Open Source Atari ST(E) IP-Core written in VHDL

Recommended Posts

Incredible. I have two questions, though:

1: How modular is the FPGA code? Can you take out the 68000 softcore and put in, say, a 68010, 68020, 68030, etc? How about a MIPS R2000/3000?

2: Do they have an NTSC video out version with, say, North American spec voltage capacitors?

3: Can the source of the OpenTOS kernel be recompiled for other architectures, like, say, ARM, SPARC, MIPS, or Digital Alpha?

4. Would an encore mimicking the TT or Falcon be possible?
