That's the only reason I didn't put it on GameGavel; was pretty sure everyone had them, thought I could help out someone new to the hobby who needed some Activision games or better yet, get a couple of them in a bidding war . Still, bad timing on my part holiday in the USA on a Monday, didn't even think about it. Auction had NINE watchers.

I know it's a pain but maybe you would have better luck selling The Pitfall, River Raid, and Kaboom with Buy It Nows for $4.99 with free shipping, and the common not so popular games with Buy it nows for $3.99 with free shipping. Most likely you will have multiple buys from the same person which would give you a greater profit.

As someone getting back into the 2600 (through a recent purchase of a 7800) I would definitely be all over this but the timing isn't good. That is a smokin' good deal!!

 

I know what you mean about sales not being that good... I had some games (DS) listed and only 1 of them sold... so it seems sales are a little slow after Christmas etc.

And how long taking pics of each one, paying the listing fees for each one, mailing to probably more than one person... the carts in this lot are TRIPLES for me and I just wanted to unload them all at once as I have with a bunch of other carts. Honestly, I think my timing was just bad on this one but your idea is sound. For the doubles of these carts I will take your advice and put the work in.

That's why when you see a good deal on AtariAge and you really want or have an interest in it, PM the person. I've lost out on a few good deals because I hesitated in contacting the person right away.
