Same here, I have quite a few extras I'd be willing to let go for $1.00,- each and I have around 30-40 boxed complete ones as well, which depending on the condition and rarity I'd let go between $3.00,- to $5.00,- !

Hehe, you know the Alien box is hard to come by, no way I let that go for $3.00,-. I do however have some other boxed complete FOX games available right now. Since I am at work, I can't tell you which ones right now.

I'd like some boxed games! The only game I have that isn't cart only is kaboom! and all it has is instructions. I would defnitely probably like some activision games, hopefully games I don't have. But I also wouldn't mind maybe picking up boxes for asteroids, defender, etc.

Funny how when I posted needing boxes, I received just one response and this one gets all kinds of attention.

 

By the way, I have all kinds of boxes I'll sell you for $3. Huh? Oh you mean Atari game boxes....well I don't have too many of those.

 

Dummy me never kept any of the ones I had when I was younger. Only kept the cart and manual.

I don't know about anyone else that replied in this thread but I didn't reply to your request for a couple reasons:

 

1. All boxed games I have are complete, and I want to sell them that way.

2. I don't "donate" to collectors, I do "donate" some of my income to United Way and a couple other real charities.

 

I lumped you into that group of "beggers" looking for free stuff that pops up here rather often. That may have been/probably was wrong for me to do that, but, that is what I did. I am not posting this to insult you or to cause a flame war, it is just my explanation for why I didn't reply to your original request.

 

Since I only know people on this board by their words, the words they chose to express themselves, are very important to my understanding of their intent.

I forgot to add that I generally avoid selling to anyone using "donate" and "cheap" in their request. The prices I ask are very fair and I like to avoid situations that look like a potential buyer will try to "bargain" be down to a cheaper price.

 

I usually sell my extra common loose carts for a $1 and extra common boxed games for $3. I don't look for a profit, but, I do like to break even and at those prices I usually don't.
