Albert #5 Posted February 2, 2010 Albert, you may find this thread helpful. intvnut and I go back and forth a bit about how to set things up, various issues in the program, and so forth, starting with my post here. Lots of good information there, and nice to see the jzIntv developer pitching in as well. Ahh, I see there's even a newer build of the emulator available in that thread! Thanks! Now I just need to find some Intellivision binaries.. ..Al
Shannon #6 Posted February 2, 2010 Overlay support in it works just like the keyboard pop-up or overlay in atarixlbox. Press the left analog stick down and the overlay will come up so you can see what buttons are used for what. You move the cursor over to the button you wish to press and press the A button. The 2nd stick can control the overlay as well (for two player games). The emulator can be set to pause the game when the overlay is up, if you wish, for slower players. Plus you can map the controller settings so that controller 1 can control the INTV controller 2. So you can have the disc for INTV controller 1 mapped to your controller and the keypad for the INTV controller 2 mapped as well. In other words if you map it this way.. Say the disc to left analog and the keypad from INTV controller 2 to your right analog. You can have dual stick action in games like "Discs Of Tron", "Night Stalker", etc. It's quite nice and makes DOT alot of fun!
