Spooky Frenzy cart...

I have a Frenzy cart for Colecovision that I got not to long ago and for some odd reason when I fire it up weird things start happening. Screen goes black and some weird music starts playing..Music I've never heard in the game.

 

The cart is extra clean so I know it's not the connectors. All other 33 games play perfect, so it's not the coleco. Did a little research, nothing.

 

Anyone got any ideas or same experience?

Very srtange, does your other carts work well, only Frenzy ?

Are you familiar with the game when it works correctly?

Because it does have a pause feature normally invoked when you press * and different music plays (how can I describe it....snake charmer played backward?) .

It might just be going straight into pause, did you try the * on the keypad?

Thats exactly what it was. The game was automatically going into pause mode...Snake charmer played backwards..
