kroogur #1 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) I did a search but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Are there any places to purchase or view the service manuals for game consoles like the 2600 or other systems? Things like troubleshooting and circuit board layout? zylon #2 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) I have the 2600 and 5200 manuals on a cd rom. You should be able to find a set on evilbay. Edited February 10, 2010 by zylon

+Mitch #4 Posted February 10, 2010 I believe both atariguide.com and digitpress.com have them for download. Mitch
tetrode kink #5 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) Yeah, I've got the 2600 service manual on .PDF, it's the full book: Schematics, pinouts, tech bulletins, the whole smash. I wish I remember where I got it (I tend to forget sourcing) so I could direct you, but I think it was Atariguide. If you can't find it, send me a PM and I can e-mail it to you. [edit]And DON'T buy it anywhere; it's available for free.[/edit] -tet Edited February 10, 2010 by tetrode kink

shadow460 #7 Posted February 14, 2010 (edited) Curt's site has the 2600 service manual. I also found the LaserActive service manual online at cyberroach.com, but it's all in gif images instead of being a pdf or something. That means you have to download each one individually and it's thicker than a book bound version of Wikipedia. (actually it only seems that way...it's 116 pages) Edited February 14, 2010 by shadow460
