Beyond Evil & Castle Crashers

I was just playing Castle Crasher on Xbox 360 and it is a kind of mixture of RPG light and Golden Axe... so... it came into my mind that it is very similar to Beyond Evil somehow as it is a RPG light, too...

 

At the moment I am thinking often on the Beyond Evil project as what I can do with the battle engine and the item engine which is already developed... and Castle Crasher seems very similar in terms of action...

Castle Crashers is wonderful, but it's very much a big screen TV console game. With your game I'm really hoping for Diablo-esque leveing up and saving often style computer RPG playing.
