Keatah
What 2600 game needs the fastest/best reaction time? OR perhaps I could state it this way, what 2600 game needs the most caffeine to play well..?

+save2600
Kaboom! Is tough, but you can accidentally get by for a while simply swinging the paddle around in a giggling fit. lol I'd say Laser Blast is up there for a great 'twitch' game. Need pretty damn fast responses for that one, despite being predictable and a little repetitive. Cosmic Ark and Vault Assault come to mind as does Berzerk, Breakout and Super Breakout. Video Olympics too. Perhaps to a lesser extent: Coconuts, Space Invaders, Dodge 'Em, Frogger, Midnight Magic, River Raid and Tapper.
homerwannabee
I know they are probably some of the worst games on earth, but most of the Atari 2600 Porn games actually require an insane reaction time.

Skylark68
I agree with the other posters naming Dragster. Sure it's not life or death, but a large part of winning drag racing is your reaction time. The same holds true with the videogame. I also agree with Enduro and I'd mention Grand Prix. You really have to move quick to avoid crashing into those other cars.

shadow460
Kaboom definitely, plus Cosmic Ark. Some others: Solar Storm, 'cause you have NO time to react to enemy shots.
