2600 Power Supply

Recommended Posts

They're not a particularly difficult power supply to come up with. Any 9v DC power supply with 500 mA or higher capacity (I think as low as 300 mA would work) could have the proper 1/8" plug grafted on.

If you mean building as in "build from scratch", yeah, but it probably wouldn't be worth your time.

I can vouch for the 300mA power supply myself, I used one for years on a Vader and a Woody. It's not worth the effort to make your own, really, not when you can get them so cheap.

As if "the universe" were trying to prove a point, I picked up a 2600 compatible 9v 500mA adapter for $1.50 at a thrift store yesterday.
