WTB: Busted Vectrex

I finally finished going through 2 giant boxes of Vectrex items that were heaped in tangled messes. There wasn't too much that was salvageable... the guy I got the stuff from obviously didn't love his systems. The boxes sat a couple years since I dreaded going through them.

 

But I was able to piece together one working Vectrex from the rubble and I had 2 broken controllers... I cannibalized parts from them to make one working controller. So now I have a complete spare system except the back of the case has a huge crack going the whole width of the case. So I need a busted Vectrex I can use the back of the case off of to have one pristine working Vectrex. I even found an original box for it, though the box is in sad shape.

 

So if you have a busted Vectrex you would like to sell or trade for, or just the back of the case you would like to sell or trade for. Drop me a line with your asking price.

But the back of the system is fine. I can drag it out in a few days and take a few pics for you.

I would say something like $10 plus shipping. I would take the thing apart so as to not have all of the heavy crap to ship... just the outer shell.

It has been taken apart... the back end... which you so desire... is now no longer occupied! LOL

 

Obviously it won't take much to ship (it is bulky... not heavy)

Ok, the search is back on, I haven't heard from Eric in a month, I hope he is ok.

 

But I am in desperate need of the backshell for a Vectrex, so if anyone has a broken Vectrex they could sell me the shell from, I would be grateful.
