IntellivisionDude #1 Posted March 5, 2010 Well it's unbelievable to me anyway. Not sure to everybody else. But i thought i'd share. Enjoy.
Mirage #2 Posted March 5, 2010 Why is it unbelievable? I didn't watch the entire video, but enough to see everything he got (that I saw) was pretty common. I think $1.50 each in bulk is about what those are worth. The only amazing part is that the game store guy came to his senses, but I'm sure that happens. +save2600 #6 Posted March 5, 2010 (edited) 'Ya done good, 'ya done good! Especially Daemons to Diamonds (lol) and your end labeless Video Pinball. In my two+ decades worth of collecting, I have never seen an Atari 2600 Video Pinball that did not have an end label. You should put that puppy up on eBay so you can go back and get more games from that poor chap at the mall before he goes out of business And love the bit about spending rent money on Atari games instead of paying bills.... lmao! Why do I have the sneaking suspicion we're going to see you and your home on that show 'Hoarders' soon? Or was all that stuff in the background part of a recent gaming haul? lol I'm just funnin' with 'ya buddy, but that video *was* a hoot. You could tell you were like a kid in a candy store - thanks for sharing! Edited March 5, 2010 by save2600

You could tell you were like a kid in a candy store - thanks for sharing! Thanks dude. lol I'm almost in a bad spot. I do have bills coming up that i don't have the money for, but i got some money still coming to me from 2 different people. But the money isn't in my hand yet so it does me no good. What i did was go overboard with tax money and bought almost every retro system i ever wanted. But it's like a drug and i spent too much money and have trouble stopping. Now i've gone past the tax money and into bill money. I will be trying to sell some stuff again. Hopefully not the Atari games i just bought lol. The stuff you seen in the background is both from a different unpacking video of mine and the fact i'm a slob lol. I try my best to be clean and organized but it so hard for me. I wish i could go back to that store today but it's not possible. Yep i'm IntellivisionDude, AtariLeaf. I came up with that name after i signed up here. Mirage #10 Posted March 5, 2010 LOL, sorry, it didn't occur to me that it was YOUR video, I thought it was just something you found. Yes, in this day and age, it's incredible to see a bunch of classic carts for sale all in once place, whether that is a garage sale or a used game store or whatever. It seems that's becoming a far less common occurrence every year (around here anyway). And to get all those for only $1.50 each was definitely a good deal since you didn't have them. I just meant that the price isn't all that incredible, but stores usually charge so much more... that in that sense, it's incredible. More often than not, the prices you said the guy was asking are what I see out there, and of course they're not selling too many!
IntellivisionDude #11 Posted March 5, 2010 More often than not, the prices you said the guy was asking are what I see out there I really had no clue that places would over price things that much. I guess i'm so used to Ebay and other sites prices. I also did not have the greatest knowledge of what was rare and what was common. My knowledge is very limited. I did the video before i looked everything up online. What made this an unbelievable score for me is, where i live it is rare for me to come across something like this. The Goodwill stores, thrift stores, and even the flea markets almost never have any video game related stuff period. Just not anything in the 30 miles radius. Finding something like this is unreal here. I'm always jealous of seeing people's Goodwill finds and my store is empty lol. Well now i finally got my find. I've had plenty of online finds, just not many finds "in the wild"

Now there's a score to be jealous of lmao (actually, the album cover is sexy and it *is* a great album, but I already had it.... lol) Edited March 5, 2010 by save2600
