Ok... I am a metal head... ;)

I've been promising myself I'd do some "remix" stuff for a looooooong time. I just never seem to get round to it :( Some of my favourites (SID based mainly) are by Machinae Supremacy (Sidology 1,2 and 3 and Giana Sisters) but there are a hell of a lot of great ones around. I think those others are the first time I've seen any even vaguely POKEY related though :)

I guess, when doing a voting whether Atari people like Synth or E-Guitar, the E-Guitar would win.

Some sounds on the Atari really remind of this. Just more than SID can fit, just by the 3.5kHz limit of it.

Seeing people using this old hardware for making music and similar doing real music....

Well, Draconus, the whole tune, makes sense when playing it as "franklyn" does. Listening to the tune, even the SID version lacks in "sense of the instruments".

What about a Pokey Tracker that offers all that Slides, Tremoloes.... to do a "real" Draconus icon_ponder.gif

That's definitely some good noodling. The music for Prehistorik has a nice Iron Maiden vibe to it while the Lotus III segment has elements reminiscent of Megadeth. Good stuff.
