Some time in the 90's there was a guy selling reproduced NES cartridges. This one guy my friend and I know had a store and sold games. He saw an advertisement for NES games so he went to the guy's house. He said it was pretty much a room full of NES carts and he'd copy and make whatever you wanted on the spot.
