Help needed with 1942 arcade monitor

I would love some help from some of you guys who have a few arcade games out there. I have this 1942 arcade game, but the monitor is messed up, is there some way to fix this without a major overhaul? I have included a link the problem screen:

Classic capacitor issue. When the edges fold, its time to recap! Easy to do, and if you stay in this hobby long enough, well worth the investment of time to learn how to do.

 

LMK if you need details, I can walk you through it. Worst case, mail me the chassis, and I will do it for you for 35 bucks.
