WTT: Modded Sega Saturn Model 2 for my model 2 Saturn

Well, I'm sure everyone knows how I got ripped off by Racketboy as TWO modchips that I got were defective and I've pretty much said the hell with it. I NEED a modded Sega Saturn. It NEEDS to be a model 2 AND be able to play CD-R's. Region switch is not important as I rip the games and change the region before burning.

 

I will trade my Sega Saturn model 2 which DOES work for one with a chip. I know this sounds unreasonable, but I'm desperate. I put a TON of money into this(well, a ton of money for me anyway) only for it to not come through. I hope someone can help me out. I'm out $200 total already. I cannot manage to put another dime out. That's why I put up the FC Mobile lot and XEGS. I was hoping to raise some money for this instead, I had to take out a loan. This upsets me to no end. PLEASE HELP!

 

EDIT: If anyone wants me to send the modchip too so they could figure it out, I'll be happy to.
