Which arcade stick was better for the sega genesis?

For me it's the Asciiware stick. I use the Sega one sometimes, it feels okay, but the Ascii stick is more twitchy imho.

Official IMO. Just get one dirt cheap, clean it and you'd swear it was using microswitches.

I like the official one too. It just feels good and the way i play (with it on my lap) the weight is just right.

I prefer using the Sega brand arcade sticks (whether 6- or 3-button). In fact, I've taken to buying them and modifying them to work with other systems. They're just pretty nice, all-around arcade style sticks.

I prefer the Sega one. Sega made top quality joysticks for all their systems.

That's what I have been doing. I picked up the Fighter stick because it was less than $3. I like the heavy metal base of the Segas too.

The Sega one's nicer and better built. Just watch out for ones used by corrosive people. I've seen a lot of them with severely rusted bottoms on one side.

I prefer the Sega branded ones myself (I still remember when first parties made decent alternative controllers to the packed in stuff....what the hell happened? ) All the dips for the semi and full auto fire was cool.

Dunno. I haven't looked into it, because I'm pretty happy with the 5200 sticks.
