Step-by-step programming Commodore 64

I have books 3 and 4 and was wondering if there is any PDFs of 1 and 2 available because without those 3 and 4 make no sense.

I know this doesn't answer your question directly, but there are FAR better books out there than that series, if your goal is to learn to program. I mean, I could give you a list, but it would be better to just choose anything else. That series was made pretty much just for kids and is highly simplistic... not worth messing with, honestly.

So what other books do you know that are better. Also i'd prefer if they are available online as a .pdf so i dont have to search around for one.

Well, just this selection should keep you busy for awhile. The site tends to be quite slow, but keep trying, you'll get through. Lots of great stuff here. Check the other sections too (2nd link), not just the books section.
