Is there anyway to send a cassette image from your pc to a cassette to run in your real atari hardware?

Wav2cas will read cassettes into a PC using the PC's built-in audio hardware, and can also write CAS images from emulators back to tape.

Have not tried this myself, just used some light google-fu to find it.

You don't need to hook up an Atari cassette recorder to a PC. Instead get a "normal" cassette recorder or cassette deck and connect it to the PC "line out" socket. Then convert a CAS image to WAV (using CAS2WAV or a8cas-convert) and play it back to the recorder.
