FS: Three Sealed-ish Sega CD Games

See picture, I am not sure about these. They look brand-new but I have trouble calling them "sealed" as the plastic they are in is very thick so maybe someone bagged them after purchase for resale? The orange price tags read $8.00, $10.00, and $8.00. I would be delighted to get the marked price of $26.00 shipped for these, but if that is outrageous just shoot me an offer.
