FS: Atari Remote Control Wireless Joystick CX-42 Box/Parts

For sale is an original box for Atari's Remote Control Wireless Joysticks (Model #CX-42), along with the joysticks themselves minus the radio boards and antennae. I took the radio boards from the joysticks, along with the receiver unit, to build a set of wireless Radica Space Invaders joysticks a few years ago. It was done as an experiment, and those joysticks have long since been sold, so this is what's left of the original set. I had forgotten that I still had these until they turned up in my storage unit this past week.

 

The main joystick circuit board (the one with the dome switches) is still inside the joysticks; all that's missing is the radio board (which is visible inside the RSI joysticks in the post I linked above). The joystick hardware is in like-new condition. So, if anyone out there happens to have a loose CX-42 set and would like a box and a fresh pair of replacement joysticks for it, here they are! I'm offering these for $25 plus shipping. Thanks for looking!
