I think a gamecube one is the same? I might be wrong though but if it is you could probably still get it at Gamestop.

Nope, the Gamecube uses an external power brick with a 110v cord to the mains and a DC cord to the GC.

 

The N64 has the power adapter in a large module that plugs into the back of the console. It's kind of like a large cartridge with AC cord from it.

I recently sold akator a box of goodies which included a nintendo power cord. I'm not sure which system it went to, but it may be worth PMing him to see which one it is and if he's going to use it.
