Marvel VS Capcom 3

The HD release of 2 was amazing.. now imagine the sprites actually HD as well and the experience more modern. It's a rumor, but honestly, it makes a lot of sense and the source is reputable.

While I've only played MvsC 2 only a handful of times (more a fan of the original MvsC), I'm interested in seeing what's in store here.

 

Does Marvel not sell out exclusive licensing rights to a company? Or is it branched out (Sega owns the Marvel movie game rights, Capcom owns the Marvel VS series rights, etc)?

 

Hope that makes sense. It just seems like there's been many companies over the past few years making Marvel games (EA, Activision, Capcom, Sega, etc).

Holy.....

 

According to Capcom, this is all in-game graphics and sequences. And thank God they kept the X-Men as the classic versions and not the black motorcycle suit modern versions.

 

This is mindblowing.
