Mister VCS
Game Info Top your own best pinball score! There are three screens each with a different playing set-up. You try to work your way up from screen to screen on the same ball. Get careless and you fall back again! Five balls each turn. Extra ball and bonus points for the Big Winners! Aim for targets, bounce off the bumpers. As in Arcade Pinball, the trick is to keep each ball ringing up points as long as you can! chosen by: cparsley Settings 1 Player Contest ends on Sunday, 05-02-2010 at 1:00 AM eastern. JacobZu7zu7
Pinball? Nope don't own it. I don't own much Intellivision (arcade games) so off to obscurity... or back to Atari 2600 HSC.
Rev
Opening score for the contest. 67,110 curse you!!!!!
IntellivisionDude
I don't think i'm gonna do good in this one. This was after at least a dozen attempts. Only once did i get to the upper board. I keep getting a bunch of cheap losses. Everytime i play my ball seems to slip between the paddles or goes around them all together. I'll keep trying but i think i'm out of this one unless i get lucky one game.
ClassicGMR
Though the physics are even worse than Video Pinball for Atari I still like this one. 21,500 so far but I know I can do better! GAME ON!
cparsley
HINTS: USE the DISC to bump the table (it'll prevent a ton of "cheap deaths") Use a full pull back on the first level to get the ball to go into the ball saver on the left side. Not only that, it'll make sure you get a 1,000 point bonus scorer for doing so. In final addition, it will either bring the ball down on the right side, or will aim it at the left flipper for you to flip to the spinner target. 1980gamer
This game is very hard with a keyboard! I'll have to dig out the camera so I can try to better this on a real intellivision! 1980gamer
Second attempt. getting used to the keys. Remapped them. It helped a little. Gene
zylon
First I tried the Intellivision Lives version and it sucked so bad that I dug out the original game. 21,160 The original is at least playable. As far as physics, the mid 70's video pinball unit was actually better. I find that using the keypad #'s is easier than the side buttons for the flippers. I'll work on this some more. cparsley
I personally love using the '7' and '9' keys for left/right flipper.

IntellivisionDude
GOD DAMN man, stop DOUBLE FLIPPING!!! Serious;y, god invented the bottom side buttons for a reason How do you make ur recordings, and I'll do one. All i use is my Digital Camera. It can record video. Didn't think it made a difference if i double flipped. Guess i'm an amateur when it comes to Pinball.
cparsley
I cant believe I didnt type the 'l' key instead of the semi-colon... Double flipping is usually the quickest way to "cheap deaths"
IntellivisionDude
Well i just played about 5 games using the 4 and 6 keys and did just as bad with just as many cheap deaths.
cparsley
alright alright, let me find that Aptek since the on-screen recording direct from Nostalgia isn't worth crap to see if I can tape some Pinball for you
