I also flagged it but I don't think they will take it down. There is no way to enter a reason for flagging other than the canned ones they have spam, prohibited etc. The listing probably doesn't fit one of those so they do nothing.

Yeah, they have to look at it, and if they don't see any reason, it stays. Unfortunately, there's tons of fake junk on CL for just that reason... their mods can't be experts on everything. I've flagged fake bikes and other things... but they stay.
