I love picross anyway, but this freakin' game is absolutely brilliant. I dare you to play for less than an hour. A double dare you.

I TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU !

If you've played picross, it's a really fascinating new spin on the whole thing. If you've played picross it will be really easy to pick up. The game seems like it should be incredibly complicate, or wonky, or even impossible to understand, but it is amazingly intuitive and once you "get it" it becomes un-put-down-able. :)

If you haven't played picross, what they hell are you doing on AtariAge? Go get Picross!

Got it myself yesterday (to save my wife a trip) but wont open it til Father's Day. I have Picross DS to keep me busy right now- just started Level 4.

i am loving the game, though the puzzles have been manipulated to only have one correct solution path. perhaps it wouldve been too easy if there was a number on every row of blocks like there is on 2d picross.

This game made me drop the last dungeon of Zelda Spirit Tracks for a little while.

But yeah, I'm already on level 4 of the Hard levels in Picross 3D.

That does sound interesting. I used to play the Picross game on NGPC all the time. It's a shame that they're not more popular. 3D puzzles sound like fun, but they also sound like they would take much longer. I still don't have a DS though so I guess I won't be able to play it for a while.

Ugg...I hated Picross, all the puzzles seemed to be so easy (to the point of solving themselvves) or so hard, as to be impossible to get any good score on....with no middle ground.

I can't imagine 3D being any better.

Personally to me they just share the Picross name, but really though.. they're different games. Worth trying.

Nope, never cared for the Picross games. I just don't "get" them I guess.

Now if another Advance Wars game comes out, I'll be all over that...

I bought the game a week ago, but haven't had a chance to play it. Mrs. Jibba has certainly given it her seal of approval, though. :)
