ron1337
Was looking at all the opened games, making sure everything was there and noticed that another one of them was still NIB condition. It turns out " Mr.Basic Meets Bits N' Bytes" has never been opened or used. If added it to my list of games for sale if anybody needs this one for part of their collection. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250644586596

Yah, these went way higher than I thought they would. Good for ron, but these seemed to be a couple of overpays...
hhwolfman
I am a collector that wants a good deal. I love to get a steal, but will pay a fair price. I have about $90 into my sealed Jetson and $125 in the World Series. I would never over pay for anything and have a Nice collection. I sniped $128 on the Melody Blaster. That is what I would pay on a sealed one. I would pay $100 for a nice CIB one. I have my limits . Everyone Laughed a few years ago, When I said I would only pay $175 for a Congo Bongo CIB. I got a sealed one for $225. It is all about Patience. The only two people that would pay that high on WSB and Jetson were bidding on them. So if they sold them, to get what they had into them, They would have to sell them to each other. HHW
ron1337
Hope this doesn't effect the future prices too much. With rare items, the previous prices seems to reflect the future price to a significant extent. People will very soon forget the fact that I got lucky and attracted the 2 spenders at the same auction. They will google back in time to see what the highest price the game sold for, and base their sale on that. So...I made a good profit, but raised the bar for future investors... Wonder when, they will get far enough back, in that Venezuela Warehouse, to find cases of those two titles.

Those prices were about what I was looking to pay although I was willing to go higher on World Series and I already have Melody Blaster sealed. Looking forward to the Venezuelan warehouse find for these!
maximebeauvais
Pikachu0_7, that's not somebody from here? I saw his username a few time bidding on rare item....that was when you were able to see who was the bidder and/or winner of an auction. Not sure who he is?
